Wellness Retreat - Feb 2027
Seastar House x Melcombe Farm present their first retreat together - six nights by the Caribbean sea, and an invitation to begin the year slowly.
Limited to six guests, this is an intimate experience rooted in ocean wellness and natural rhythm. Days move with the light: sunrise movement, guided sea bathing, breathwork, infrared sauna and cold water immersion.
Yoga and breathwork are led by Colin, founder of True Yoga, certified in the Viniyoga lineage directly by T.K.V. Desikachar, alongside Miranda, who designs deeply personalised therapeutic practice tailored to each guest.
Between sessions: botanical art workshops, coastal walks, market mornings and island to table private dining — long lunches, candlelit dinners, island flavours.
A private bedroom for each guest. Space for couples. Room to exhale.
Six guests. Six nights. One restorative beginning by the sea.
Wellbeing Hamper

Everything inside was chosen intentionally. Because the way you arrive sets the tone for everything that follows.

Seaflow
Watsu therapy is a form of aquatic bodywork and massage performed in warm water, typically in a pool or the sea. We are introducing this treatment at Seastar House for our guests to enjoy at the local beach or in the privacy of our pool.
Watsu therapy provides deep relaxation, release muscle tension, improve flexibility and range of motion, and promote a profound sense of tranquility. The warm water allows the muscles to release tension more easily compared to treatments on a massage table.
During this treatment the practitioner gently moves, stretches, and massages the receiver's body in flowing movements and positions in the water, taking advantage of the warm therapeutic effects and buoyancy.
